Daman brings 25 years of leadership experience building disruptive and world class brands in the technology sector. His career began in Project Management for two very successful software and telecom companies and then expanded to leading cross-functional departments including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and HR.  He has served at the executive level for the past 20 years across multiple technology service providers.

Prior to joining Sourcepass, Daman was COO of a global leader in Transportation Spend Management (TSM) visibility for Freight Audit & Payment solutions, and COO of MDSL, a global leader in Technology Expense Management software and service, leading that organization through a successful merger in 2017. Daman has also previously served as a board member of the Arizona Technology Council.

Daman has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey.
