Anthony Latham brings a lifelong passion for technology, leadership, and innovation to his role with Sourcepass. With over 13 years of experience in the MSP industry, he has held a variety of technical and leadership roles, ranging from helpdesk and project engineering to escalation management, vCIO, and systems administration. His deep technical expertise and strategic vision allow him to drive meaningful outcomes for clients by leveraging technology to fuel business growth.

In his current role as VP of Product Development, Anthony oversees multiple key functions at Sourcepass. He leads the Product Development team, responsible for the company’s proprietary IT platform, Quest, which aims to provide a single pane of glass, transparent, and transformative IT experience for SMBs. He also continues to lead the Solutions Architecture team, ensuring clients receive best-fit technology solutions that support their growth. Additionally, he manages the Product Innovation team, responsible for vendor relationships and the introduction of new technologies to the Sourcepass line card, and the Robotic Operations Center (ROC), focusing on automation, RPA, and AI initiatives.
