Demetri Monias is an analytical, detailed, and meticulous IT professional with 15 years of experience in the managed services and security industry.   After earning a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a Concentration in Security from Adelphi University, Demetri gained valuable experience as a Systems Engineer, first at a Long Island-based university, then at various regional companies where duties included user administration, project implementation, and data center management.

Demetri’s career then transitioned to a consultative role, first as Senior Client Success Manager & Special Projects Manager at a Manhattan-based MSP, and most recently as a Strategic Advisor at Sourcepass platform company, NST.  At Sourcepass, Demetri serves as the Director of Client Strategy, leading our team of Strategic Advisors and Client Success Managers and developing industry-leading best practices around client engagement.   Demetri has a passion for client strategy and sets high standards toward meeting and exceeding client expectations by cultivating trust and building strong professional relationships with detail and care.
